3. System Design and Approval

4. Warranties and Disclaimers

• Amphz warrants that the System will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period (to be defined by Amphz). This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
• Warrants solar powe plant material like Solar PV modules, solar inverter, battery, cables, wires, and all other inc material which comes to manufacturer warranty and manufacturer T&C Apply.
• Amphz warrants that the installation of the System will comply with industry standards and best practices.

• Amphz does not guarantee a specific level of energy production from the System. The actual energy production will vary depending on factors such as sunlight availability, weather conditions, and system size.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Amphz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the System, even if Amphz has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Amphz shall not be liable for any loss of production or revenue due to system downtime or performance issues.

6. Net Metering

• If you are eligible for net metering, we will assist you with the application process.
• Net metering policies and regulations vary by location. You are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable net metering policies and regulations.

7. System Maintenance

• We recommend regular maintenance of your solar system to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• We offer optional maintenance packages. You are responsible for scheduling and paying for any maintenance services.

8. Termination

• We may terminate your access to our services at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

10. Entire Agreement

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Amphz with respect to your use of our services.

11. Changes to the Terms
